Jacob Pneumatic (or simply Jacob), is an electric transit engine.

Personality[]

Jacob Pneumatic was purchased by the F.& F. R. W. T. Co. Ltd and converted to work on Celgreb City Transit Railway taking passengers around Celgreb City. While he works hard, he can be a little pompous about being the only engine to run the special line, and tends to be a little arrogant. Despite being a bit self-entitled, he will work hard to get passengers to the stations on time, and it does take a lot to get under his motor. He has a bit of a friendly rivalry with Emery, and has a bit of a dislike towards his snowplow, more so than Thomas did!

Basis[]

Jacob is based off the subway car for the Pneumatic Transit railway, with the front heavily modified with different windows, center lights, a ventilation grill and a headboard. He is also modified with electric pillars on top of his roof and a different set of wheels to accommodate the railway he works for.

Livery[]

Jacob is bright yellow and emerald green. His windows and air intake have red frames.

Trivia[]

Jacob was based off of the car shuttle of the former Beach Pneumatic Transit railway, with some differences.
- The doors, platforms and round windows of both ends replaced with a ventilation grill, headlights, a headboard and sloping windows (for his eyes) for the front end.
- The inclusion of side doors and windows.
- A pantograph at the back of Jacob.
- A second car from behind.
- The power system being electricity instead of a pressurized air system.
Jacob originated from the film, “An American Tail III: The Treasure on Manhatten Island”.
